Home Bar Photos - Mike's Budget Home Bar Photos
Mike was looking to build a home bar and not spend a whole bunch of money. What he came up with looks like anything but a budget bar. While he did get the entire project done for under $200, you would never know it by looking at his new watering hole.
Mike used pel and stick tile instead of more expensive stainable plywood to finish the bar. He used roof and gutter silicon to hold the tiles in place. Mike also saved a few bucks by building his own foot rest and finishing it with the exact same tiles.
The bar is also easily upgradable in the future if Mike manages to wrestle a few bucks of his paycheck away from his wife. She thinks it looks great the way it is and I happen to agree. Just hope that she doesn't read this Mike!!
All in all a very nice bar at a really cheap price tag. Nice work Mike!
