Margaret headed to the Yuengling Brewery in Pottsville, PA in April with her sisters and found her calling in the strangest of places. She new she had to head straight home and build a bar of her own. Not having ever really built anything out of wood before she was in for a challenge. After looking at her photos I think you will agree that she was very much up for said challenge.

She used 1x2s for the frame and 3/4 hardwood ply for the skin. Red oak tops the bar along with red oak trim throughout. She added custom storage for wine, glasses, bar accessories, and even a spot for her 13 year old college refridgerator.
