How To Build A Bar Step Five

Bar Railing / Arm Rest

If you have made all of your cuts properly and assembled everything correctly, your bar rail should fit on perfectly.  All you need to do it cut it to size.  Just measure and cut at 45 degree angles and you should be fine.  I like to lay a bead of glue along the top and bottom ledge where the bar rail will be in contact with the bar surface.  Then apply clamps and you can add screws from the bottom to make sure that the railing is secure.  Bar molding available HERE.

At this point you should have a complete bar.  Now all you have to do is paint, stain, and/or add trim to make it beautiful.
